Overall program objectives for the next 3 years:

Between 2015-2017, increase the knowledge, skills and awareness of the technical staff and management team according to their ToR.­­­­­

 

ກິດຈະກຳຫຼັກ: (Main activities)

1. ສ້າງພາລະບົດບາດ, ສິດແລະໜ້າທີ່ ຂອງພະນັກງານຕຳແໜ່ງຕ່າງໆ (ToR)

Develop roles, rights and responsibilities of each staff member according to ToR.

2. ສ້າງຂີດຄວາມສາມາດ​ໂດຍ​ການ ຝຶກອົບຮົມ, ທັດສະນະສຶກສາ ​ແລະ ການ​ຝຶກ​ຕົວ​ຈິງ.

Building staff capacities through e.g: training, study tour and coaching.

3. ສ້າງນະ​ໂຍບາຍ ​ແລະ ລະບຽບຫລັກການ​ທາງ​ດ້ານ​ບຸກຄະລາ​ກອນ, ການ​ບໍລິຫານ​ການ​ເງິນ, ບົດບາດ​ຍິງ​ຊາຍ ​ແລະ ການ​ປົກ​ປ້ອງ​ເດັກ.

Establish policies and procedures for Human resource, financial management, gender and child protection policies.

4. ລະດົມ​ທຶນ​ໃຫ້​ໄດ້ USD 500,000 ຈາກ​ຜູ້​ໃຫ້​ທຶນ​ສາກົນ ​ແລະ USD 25,000 ຈາກ​ພາກສ່ວນ​ເອກະ​ຊົນ ​ແລະ ສາທາລະນະ.

Raise USD 500,000 from international donors and USD 25,000 from private sectors and public.

Develop a fundraising plan annually

By the end of 2017, each staff member has attended 5 capacities development activities and shared information with colleagues.

By the end of 2017, Foundation has received grants totaling USD 525,000.

6. ມີ MoU ຮ່ວມ​ກັບ 2 ກະຊວງ; ​ເພື່ອ​ສະໜັບສະໜູນທາງ​ດ້ານ​ການ​ເງີນ ​ແລະ​ວິຊາ​ການ​ຈາກ 2 ຫົວໜ່ວນທຸລະ​ກິດ, 5 ບັນດາ​ອົງການ​ຈັດ​ຕັ້ງທາງ​ສັງຄົມ (​ໃນ​ການ​ແລກປ່ຽນຄວາມ​ຮູ້​ຄວາມ​ສົນ​ໃຈ)

Have MoU with 2 ministires; financial and technical support from 2 business membership of CoPs or similar (with 5 others organizations)

2. ໃນລະຫວ່າງ ປີ 2015-2017 ກຸ່ມເປົ້າໝາຍໄດ້ແກ່ ແມ່ຍິງແລະເດັກຍິງທີ່ດ້ອຍໂອກາດ ຈຳນວນ 100 ຄົນ ມີຄວາມຮັບຮູ້ສິດທິຂອງຕົນ ​ແລະ ມີ​ຄວາມ​ເຂັ້ມ​ແຂງ​ທາງ​ດ້ານ​ເສດຖະກິດ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ສາມາດນໍາໃຊ້ຂໍ້ມູນຄວາມຮູ້ດັ່ງກ່າວໃນຊີວິດປະຈຳວັນ.

Between 2015 and 2017, increase the awareness of 100 vulnerable women and girls about their rights and have strong economic and how to apply those rights in their daily lives.
