ວິ​ໄສ​ທັດ​ຂອງ​ມູນ​ນິທິ​ແມ່ນ​ຢາກ​ເຫັນທຸກໆຄົນ​ໃນ​ສັງຄົມ, ​ໂດຍ​ສະ​ເພາະ​ແມ່ຍິງ ​ແລະ​ເດັກທີ່​ດ້ອຍ​ໂອກາດ​ມີ​ສິດທິ​ສະ​ເໜີພາບ​ກັນ, ເຂົ້າ​ເຖິງ​ໂອກາດ ​ແລະມີ​ຊີວິດ​ທີ່​ປອດ​ໄພເພື່ອ​​ໃຫ້​​ເຂົາ​ເຈົ້າ​ເຫັນຄຸນຄ່າ,ສາມາດ​ພັດທະນາ​ຕົນ​ເອງ, ​ ແລະ ​ໄດ້​ຮັບ​ການສະໜັບສະໜູນຈາກ​ສັງຄົມ​.

Our vision is a society where everyone, especially vulnerable women and children, has equal rights, access to opportunities and security, and sees themselves as valuable members of society worthy of support and able to contribute.

​ຜັນ​ຂະຫຍາຍ​ວຽກ​ງານ​ສົ່ງ​ເສີມ​ ແລະ​ພັດທະນາ​ແມ່ຍິງ​ແລະ​ເດັກນ້ອຍ​ທີ່​ອ່ອນ​ແອດ້ອຍ​ໂອກາດ ​ໃຫ້​ໄດ້​ຮັບ​ການ​ຍົກ​ລະດັບ​ຄວາມ​ຮູ້​ໃນ​ດ້ານ​ຕ່າງໆ ​ແລະ​ປູກ​ຈິດ​ສຳນຶກ​​ແກ່​ຄົນ​ສັງຄົມ​ ໃນ​ຂົງ​ເຂດ​ດັ່ງ​ລຸ່ມ​ນີ້:

To actively support vulnerable women and children to increase their knowledge and skills and to raise the awareness of the public in the following areas:

Women’s and children’s Human and legal rights;
Their self-esteem and self-confidence;
Their vocational and life skills including self-protection;
Their economic empowerment;
Their healthy lifestyle;
